YeAh!!! I'm 8mtHs oLd!!!

I'm 8mths old today! Hee... Oh ya... All three of us, Mummy, Gong-Gong, and myself has the same birth day! 20th!!! September 20th, October 20th, & November 20th!

Yesterday was Vesak Day. Besides attending a religious session in the morning, Mummy brought me to Hard Rock Cafe for lunch meetup with the Oct07 Mummies & Babies.

Nowadays, the weather is really killing. So warm... Last Saturday, Daddies & Mummies let Kor-Kor & me take a dip in our pool. It's so much Fun this time round. Hee...

Among all the porridge recipes Mummy prepared for me, I luv the mix of Sweet Potatoes & Cod Fish most! Yes, I enjoy it. Yummy!!!

As usual, the steamed brown rice with mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cod Fish steamed with Red Dates & Wolfberries. All these comes to a mixture, n itz my Dinner!

A Mother's Heart

Before I was a Mom,
I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby.
I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous.
I never thought about immunizations.

Before I was a Mom,
I had never been puked on.
Pooped on. Chewed on. Peed on.
I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts.
I slept all night.

Before I was a Mom,
I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests.
Or give shots.
I never looked into teary eyes and cried.
I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin.
I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.

Before I was a Mom,
I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put her down.
I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt.
I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much.
I never knew that I could love someone so much.
I never knew I would love being a Mom.

Before I was a Mom,
I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.
I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby.
I didn't know the bond between a mother and her child.
I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important and happy.

Before I was a Mom,
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay.
I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom.
I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom.

This bowl of greeny & whitish mixture is my dinner! It's brown rice porridge, with ikan bilis powder, red dates, broccoli, & tofu.

tEetHinG AGaiN???

These few days, I started rejecting my milk feeds. Mummy goes to the extent of sitting down to spoon feed me, making sure I finish up the milk.

But this morning, I screamed & screamed till Mummy gave up @ 120ml. Haiz... Mummy seems sad & disappointed.

I resume the lips sucking action again, behaving like a rabbit. Signs of teething again???

Happy Mother's Day!!!

Went out to pray @ Wu-Lei-Gong (Bt. Batok) & Guan-Yin-Miao (Bugis) with Mummy, Gong Gong and Por Por. After that, settle down for lunch @ Tricon Funnan IT Mall. Mummy let me try the kosong whipped potato, n it's YUMMY!!! I didn't get to eat much coz Mummy thinks that it's kinda salty for me. Haiz...

Today, Mummy brought me to the Gymboree trial class @ Harbourfront. It's really fun & I enjoy myself lots!!!

Thereafter, mummies & babies gathered @ TCC for lunch.

It's a great day! I enjoy lots of FUN & of coz, get to meetup new friends.
