tAsTe oF mEe sUa...

Over the weekend, mummy tries out a new recipe for me.

'Mee Sua'... Here's how itz prepared...

Soak washed ikan bilis n cherry tomatoes in hot water prior to cooking, say abt an hour before. Boil under small fire, sieve out the ikan bilis n cherry tomatoes as the soup starts to boil. Add in well-chopped pork loin. Once it starts to boil, add in mee-sua and well-chopped spinach & pumpkin. Ready in serving bowl, making sure mee sua is cut into 'chew & swallow' -friendly for us.
